ACC Project Request Form

Start your home improvement project here.

Learn more about the ACC Process.

Your project application must be submitted at least 21 days before starting.

This timeline allows the ACC to review and address any concerns. Adjacent neighbors acknowledge your project but do not approve it. Starting a project without prior approval will result in fines.

Select a project description:
Residences: including but not limited to existing structure alterations or replacements (new doors, windows, roofing, siding, etc.), room additions, and exterior painting, even if paint is the same color. Roof replacement, even with a pre-approved roofing material, requires an application.
Accessory Structures: including but not limited to garden sheds, tool sheds, playhouses, playground equipment, fences, retaining walls (using materials larger than “one man”),
Recreational Facilities: including but not limited to hot tubs, spas, fixed and mobile basketball courts, sports courts, swimming pools, bath houses, or other exterior recreational facilities of a permanent nature. Attach plans and pictures when possible.
Significant Landscaping: including but not limited to water features (large fountains, waterfalls), yard re-landscaping projects, and tree removals.

Neighbor Notification

Please list the adjacent homeowners, both physical and visual, and attach evidence that they have been notified of your project request.

Physical neighbors are defined as sharing a common property line and visual neighbors are defined as three homes across the street with direct sight to your home.

NOTE: You do not need to notify your neighbors if: 1) you are replacing your roof with a pre-approved roofing material, 2) if you are painting your home the same color, or 3) if you are replacing your fence with one of the same material and design.

I herby certify that my submission is truthful and accurate:
