Purpose of Proxy

1. To approve the 2026 operating budget

2. Elect Director(s) to the Board of Directors of the River Crossing HOA

I (we) cannot attend the Annual HOA Meeting scheduled for February 23, 2026. Should any matters be put to vote at the meeting, please accept my proxy/vote in the manner described below:

This proxy will be voted as directed. If no contrary direction is indicated, this proxy confers authority to the Board Member selected below to exercise their own best judgement in voting on matters presented in the meeting.

I (we), the owner(s) of the above-referenced property in the River Crossing Homeowner’s Association herby appoint (check one proxy below):

with full power of substitution, as my(our) attorney-in-fact as proxy to attend the Annual Meeting of all River Crossing Homeowners’ Association members on February 23, 2026, and any adjournments or continuations, with full power to vote and act for me(us) in the same manner and extent that I (we) might were I (we) present at the meeting. 

My (our) proxy shall have full power to substitute another person as my (our) proxy, and to revoke the appointment of any such substitute proxy.  The undersigned hereby direct this proxy to be voted on the votes listed below.

If no direction is indicated, the proxy confers authority and discretion to vote as my (our) proxy shall see fit:
