Approved roofing materials

Roofing material options for River Crossing were approved November 1, 2011. The added roofing choices were made to more closely align with the roofing materials that are approved in most of the rest of the city of Mill Creek. An application must be submitted to the ACC even if you are using an approved roofing material.

Below is a list of HOA-approved roofing materials. We only allow natural wood tones including gray through brown. Colors like green, blue, or red are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE: Roofing and re-roofing requires a City of Mill Creek permit. Please contact the City of Mill Creek Building Department at 425-551-7254. Once you have received your permit, please complete the ACC project review form.
