About the Board

The River Crossing Homeowners Association (RCHOA) is a group of your neighbors, with a volunteer board elected from our community, dedicated to keeping River Crossing a fantastic place to live. We work together to maintain shared spaces, uphold community guidelines, and ensure our neighborhood remains a wonderful home for everyone.

Mission Statement

The River Crossing Homeowners Association (RCHOA) is committed to preserving and enhancing our community by fostering a beautiful, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

 

The Association fulfills its duties, obligations, and responsibilities as outlined in the Declarations, By-laws, and Amendments, ensuring that all community standards and policies support the well-being and enjoyment of homeowners.

 

Through active maintenance, thoughtful planning, stewardship and neighborly engagement, RCHOA works to uphold the integrity and appeal of River Crossing, making it a place residents are proud to call home.

  • Conduct all interactions in a respectful, transparent, objective, and ethical manner
     

  • Listen to Board members, respond in timely manner to Board requests and emails
     
  • Listen to the concerns of homeowners and fairly represent their interests
     

  • Communicate to homeowners in a timely manner through appropriate channels
     

  • Conduct business transparently by providing financials, agendas, and minutes
     

  • Make funding and asset decisions responsibly and without personal favor
     

  • Know and uphold all current CC&Rs and By-laws and Amendments
     

  • Protect and enhance neighborhood value by maintaining all common areas
     

  • Continually seek efficiency and effectiveness as an association
     

  • Encourage participation through opportunities for community activities and committees involving the membership
     

  • Work in cooperation to enhance the sense of community in the neighborhood
