The River Crossing Homeowners’ Association (RCHOA) has implemented this Homeowner Contact & Occupancy Information Form to comply with new requirements from our insurance provider and legal counsel.
Insurance Requirement: To maintain liability coverage for 2026, our insurance company now requires the Board to submit an annual report on the number of homes that are owner-occupied versus those that are rented.
Annual Contact Update: Additionally, our attorney has advised that homeowner contact information must be updated every year to ensure effective emergency preparedness.
By completing and returning this form, you help RCHOA maintain accurate records for these essential purposes. The information collected will also support effective communication and compliance with all River Crossing Homeowners’ Association policies.
