The River Crossing Homeowners' Association (RCHOA) is dedicated to representing the interests of homeowners in the beautiful and serene River Crossing neighborhood, nestled within the picturesque surroundings of Mill Creek, Washington. Comprised of 97 homes, this charming neighborhood is bordered by a lush greenbelt and is conveniently located within walking distance of the vibrant Mill Creek Town Center.

 

The RCHOA is overseen by a dedicated board of directors elected by the membership to foster a safe and inviting community. Working in tandem with the Landscape Committee and Architectural Control Committee, comprised of devoted volunteers, the RCHOA endeavors to preserve River Crossing's natural allure and architectural integrity.
