River Crossing Homeowners' Association

The River Crossing Homeowners’ Association (RCHOA) represents the interests of homeowners in the River Crossing neighborhood located in Mill Creek, Washington. River Crossing is comprised of 97 homes adjacent to a lush greenbelt within walking distance of the Mill Creek Town Center. The RCHOA is managed by a board of directors elected by the membership to support the neighborhood and keep it a safe and desirable place to live. The RCHOA Board works with the Landscape Committee and Architectural Control Committee, whose members volunteer their time to help keep River Crossing beautiful.
