Please include any approved permits, plans or drawings related to your project. If you are changing paint colors, include your proposed color chips for all surfaces (e.g. body, trim, doors)

Neighbor Notification

Please list the adjacent homeowners, both physical and visual, and attach evidence that they have been notified of your project request.

Physical neighbors are defined as sharing a common property line and visual neighbors are defined as three homes across the street with direct sight to your home.

NOTE: You do not need to notify your neighbors if: 1) you are replacing your roof with a pre-approved roofing material, 2) if you are painting your home the same color, or 3) if you are replacing your fence with one of the same material and design.
