Covenant enforcement keeps a community in order and helps protect property values. If you believe a neighbor has accidentally or intentionally violated our River Crossing CC&Rs, please complete this form.

All fields are required and while the details of the violation are kept private, you must state your name and house number to ensure you are a resident.

Violation Review

Once received, the RCHOA Board of Directors will acknowledge your submission and a review period of up to 10 days will occur.

Response and Action

After the review period, someone from the Board will connect with you and discuss the ruling and actions taken. At no time will the alleged violator know who made the complaint.

THIS FORM IS CONFIDENTIAL. No names or details of this covenant enforcement request are shared outside the River Crossing Homeowners' Association Board of Direction. Your name and contact information are required to ensure you are a River Crossing resident. The River Crossing Board of Directors may contact you for additional information regarding the complaint. Anonymous complaints will not be processed.
