Approved Roofing Materials

Roofing material options for River Crossing were approved November 1, 2011. The added roofing choices were made to more closely align with the roofing materials that are approved in most of the rest of the city of Mill Creek. An application must be submitted to the ACC even if you are using an approved roofing material.

​Below is a list of HOA-approved roofing materials. We only allow natural wood tones including gray through brown, color like green, blue, or red are allowed.​

  1. Presidential TL Shake (by CertainTeed--composition) 

  2. Grand Sequoia (by GAF)

  3. Paramount Advantage (by PABCO--composition) 

  4. Woodmoor Shingles (by Owens Corning--composition) 

  5. Classic Rustic Shingle (metal) 

  6. EcoStar, shake or slate (rubber) 

  7. EuroShake or EuroSlate Roofing - Ranchlands Shake

  8. Evershake (synthetic)

  9. Cedar shakes/shingles

 

PLEASE NOTE: Roofing and re-roofing may requires a City of Mill Creek permit. Please check with the city prior to starting any roofing project. All roofing projects require an approval ACC project form.
